三、糖果进口报关资料

1、生产国原产地证（Certificate of origin)---官.方出具，需要正本
2、生产国卫生证书(Certificate of sanitary)---官.方出具，需要正本
3、生产国自由销售证明(Certificate of Free Sale)---官.方出具，需要正本(若无卫生证书需要提供)
4、供货商成分分析 (analysis report)--- 需要原厂商出中英文对照，且有厂商签字盖章
5、供货商生产日期证明 (certificate of bottling dates)---需要原厂商正本原件，且有厂商签字盖章
6、装箱单 (weight memo /packing list)---需要原厂商正本原件,且有发货方的盖章及签名.
7、发票(commercial invoice)---需要原厂商正本原件,且有发货方的盖章及签名.
8、合同 (purchase contract)---需要双方签字盖章正本
9、瓶子标签（Bottle label）---厂家出具
10、提单(Bill of Lading)---船公司出具，正本提单/电放
